Shipping Information
Please keep in mind that the shipping costs calculated on our online store are only QUOTES. We are constantly working to improve the shipping functionality on our web store. However, we offer a wide array of custom products with individualized styles and weight, and we offer very many large bulky items that must be shipped as freight. Some orders will contain products that ship from various locations. For these reasons, your actual shipping charges may vary from the rate that you receive through this website. We pack and ship all of our orders in the most cost-effective way possible and therefore your actual shipping charges may cost less than the quote that you receive. On the other hand, surcharges may apply that will increase your actual cost. If you receive a shipping quote that looks questionable, contact us, and we will provide you with actual shipping costs before your order is processed.
Shipping Methods:
Whenever possible, your order will be shipped by a parcel company, either UPS or FedEx. Items deemed too large or heavy to be sent parcel will be shipped by freight.
Shipping Considerations:
Certain factors increase cost of freight shipments. Freight carriers charge more for residential addresses, non-commercial or “limited access”, and the need for a lift gate.
Shipping Inspection:
Merchandise must be inspected and counted upon arrival. Any freight damage or shortages must be noted on the receiving slip/BOL. No damaged freight or shortage compensation will be allowed if freight is accepted and signed for “in good condition.”
Processing:
Your order will normally be shipped within 1 – 5 business days after placing your order. If there is ever a delay or a longer lead time, our representatives will contact you with accurate delivery information. Please be advised that this does not include custom orders, as they require a longer lead. All custom orders will be quoted their estimated ship date by our sales department when you place your order.
